Protection Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We are fully committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse or exploitation on our platform. This section outlines our standards and actions related to CSAE, in accordance with applicable Indian laws and international best practices.

  1. Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that endangers or exploits minors. Any user found to be engaging in such activities will face immediate consequences, including permanent account suspension and legal reporting.
  2. Prohibited Content and Activities: The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
    Possession, sharing, creation, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), as defined under:
    The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012
    Section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000
    Grooming, predatory behavior, or attempts to establish inappropriate communication with minors
    Solicitation of any sexual content or imagery involving children
  3. Monitoring and Enforcement: We actively monitor and moderate user activity to detect and prevent CSAE. Violations result in:
    Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the offending account
    Reporting to appropriate Indian law enforcement agencies, such as:
    Cyber Crime Cell
    National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB)
    National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR)
    Childline India Foundation (1098), where applicable
    We may also cooperate with global organizations where necessary, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  4. Reporting Mechanism: Users can report CSAE-related content directly through the in-app reporting feature. Each report is reviewed by our moderation team with utmost priority. Where required, we escalate cases to the appropriate legal or child protection authorities.
